This May, H Salon is partnering with Sauna & Plunge HerSpace for an intimate evening of wellness. The event is a relaxed gathering designed to gently balance the practices that support both physical and mental health. Every guest will receive their own H Salon Ultra Soft Sauna Hat and Tranquillity Scalp Gua Sha, with a combined retail value of £70.
The Evening Flow
The evening begins at 6.15pm with a warm welcome, soft music, ambient lighting and a hydration station to help guests settle in.
At 6.30pm, Annabel, founder of H Salon, will introduce the brand and its philosophy: a commitment to functional, purpose led skin, scalp and hair care for active, wellbeing focused lifestyles.
At 7pm, Annabel will lead a workshop on full body lymphatic drainage massage. She will then introduce the benefits of the Ultra Soft Sauna Hat and Tranquillity Scalp Gua Sha, sharing insights into how sauna sessions affect the skin, scalp and hair, and how to care for them before, during and after heat exposure.
At 7.30pm, guests will immerse themselves in an extended sauna and cold plunge session, experiencing the deep relaxation of contrast therapy.
The evening closes at 8.15pm with complimentary electrolytes, gift samples and a reminder to continue nourishing the body beyond the experience.
